¿Los clientes ven todos los checkpoints o puedo ocultar algunos?
Puedes marcar checkpoints como 'Internos'. Por ejemplo, 'Checkpoint QC Rechazado' puede ser solo para tu equipo, no visible en el portal público. Decides qué checkpoints son públicos y cuáles privados.
¿Puedo configurar notificaciones automáticas por checkpoint?
Sí. Por ejemplo, puedes configurar que al llegar a checkpoint 'En ruta para entrega', se envíe automáticamente un email al cliente con ETA estimado. Cada checkpoint puede tener notificaciones independientes (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
¿Qué pasa si actualizo un checkpoint por error?
Puedes revertirlo. El historial de checkpoints se mantiene completo. Si accidentalmente marcas 'Entregado' cuando debía ser 'En tránsito', cambias al checkpoint correcto y el historial muestra la corrección con timestamp de quién la hizo.
¿Los checkpoints incluyen ubicación GPS automática?
Sí, si actualizas desde app móvil o escaneo QR con smartphone. La ubicación GPS se captura automáticamente y se muestra en el mapa del portal de rastreo. Si actualizas desde escritorio, la ubicación es la de la sucursal configurada.
